WATERCRAFTERS, LLC is owned and operated by Sam & Vicki Thomas. The PWC only service center was opened in April 2008 with the goal of providing the best in Customer Service and unsurpassed Technical Expertise for Personal Watercraft and Jet Boat owners in the area. We expanded our operations and moved to our present location on March 1st, 2010. We are now proudly serving many repeat customers and our client base continues to grow.
Sam is our full-time owner/technician and his lifelong background in motorsports speaks for itself. He has worked in all facets of the industry including, certified service technician, service manager, parts, promotions & operations manager and as a Technical Advisor for Yamaha Motor Corporation in Kennesaw, GA. With over 35 years of experience he has placed his focus on Personal Watercraft for over 20 years and continues to stay up to date on the latest innovations and technology available.
Vicki runs the front office operations, including advertising and administrative duties. With a background in motorsports, as well as advertising, media and promotions she is well equipped to wear many hats in the day to day running of the business.
Since 1993, Sam & Vicki have also owned and operated a company called Discovery River Tours and it is headquartered at the same location. The company offers all-inclusive long distance river trips on PWC all over the southeast region of the country. Nationally recognized for being pioneers of long distance touring on PWC, they still enjoy a limited river tour schedule
